To make a booking simply fill out the provided room booking form on this page and we will get back to you regarding your request.
Facilities available with booking:
- Selected meeting room access
- Access to meeting room amenities – chairs, tables, screen/monitor, heating, technology, other.
- Toilets
- Galley kitchen access for water, glasses etc
- Please let FoodHQ know in the booking form if you require any specifics or have special requests and we will get back to you.
- Different set ups and configurations of the room can be arranged upon request
- We suggest booking in advance to ensure you get the time and date you desire for the booking and event.
CoffeeHQ our local in-house café can be located at the front of the building where Ray can cater to you caffeine needs see the CoffeeHQ page below. Coffee HQ also have a small selection of pastries and snack available for purchase.
If you are after catering or food for your booking we can give you the contacts for catering and food providers – we don’t provide this service ourselves.
