Mark Field, CEO, Prof Consulting Group

Mark has extensive technical and commercial experience in the international food manufacturing and retail industries. Before founding PCG, Mark worked at a senior level across the European red meat and poultry industry for some of the world’s most reputable companies and for over 8 years he headed up Australia’s most significant food brand. His firm PCG advises clients in the FMCG sector on achieving international growth including advising on market entry, sourcing, and international trends.

Rebecca Brook, Founder/Growth Partner, Rise Growth Lab

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience leading strategy, innovation and global market growth for names in FMCG such as Fonterra, Nestlé and Premier Foods. Through Rise Growth Lab, she works with businesses to bring strategic clarity, focus and momentum to their growth plans whether that is launching something new, expanding into retail, or scaling beyond the local market.

Tim Morris, Director at Coriolis

With 30 years of industry experience Tim advises CEOs and stakeholders in strategy in food, fast moving consumer goods and retailing. Tim is a recognised expert globally in retailing, particularly in private label, and he is head of Coriolis’ retail and consumer goods practice. Tim has worked across all elements of the food & beverage value chain from agribusiness through to manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing.

Opening the event will be Matt Dilly, Agicultural Economist at ANZ,

who will provide an overview of how the food and drink sector and general consumer demand is performing in the global economies. Matt has recently joined ANZ having spent many years in the agriculture sector including time with Fonterra and MPI.

The event will be moderated by Dr. Victoria Hatton, CEO FoodHQ which connects food innovators, helps ideate and and shape the future of food in Aotearoa New Zealand and catalyzes food innovation.
